I Can't Print Multiple Copies on My HP Laserjet Printer
If you are attempting to print multiple copies of a document on your HP Laserjet Printer and get a single copy no matter how many copies you specify, the steps below may resolve your problem.
Disabling Mopier Mode in Windows Vista/7
- On your local computer, click on the Start menu and select Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your Laserjet printer and select Printer Properties from the pop-up menu. (This is not Properties at the bottom of the menu)
- Click the Device Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and expand Installable Options.
- Click the Enabled link next to Mopier Mode.
- Select Disabled from the drop-down list.
- Click OK.
- Close the Devices and Printers window.

Disabling Mopier Mode in Windows XP
- On your local computer, click on the Start menu and select Printers and Faxes.
- Right-click your Laserjet printer and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
- Click the Device Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and expand Installable Options.
- Click the Enabled link next to Mopier Mode.
- Select Disabled from the drop-down list.
- Click OK.
- Close the Printers and Faxes window.
