I Can't Print Multiple Copies on My HP Laserjet Printer

If you are attempting to print multiple copies of a document on your HP Laserjet Printer and get a single copy no matter how many copies you specify, the steps below may resolve your problem.

Disabling Mopier Mode in Windows Vista/7

  1. On your local computer, click on the Start menu and select Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your Laserjet printer and select Printer Properties from the pop-up menu. (This is not Properties at the bottom of the menu)
  3. Click the Device Settings tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and expand Installable Options.
  5. Click the Enabled link next to Mopier Mode.
  6. Select Disabled from the drop-down list.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close the Devices and Printers window.

Disabling Mopier Mode in Windows XP

  1. On your local computer, click on the Start menu and select Printers and Faxes.
  2. Right-click your Laserjet printer and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
  3. Click the Device Settings tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and expand Installable Options.
  5. Click the Enabled link next to Mopier Mode.
  6. Select Disabled from the drop-down list.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close the Printers and Faxes window.
