Application Update procedures
Application updates are handled by the Xcentric Cloud Services team. Updates to the following applications are completed automatically without a user submitted request. For all other applications, please submit a Application Update Request by sending an email to updates@xcentric.com.
An Aapplication Update Request is unnecessary for the following applications as they are automatically performed when updates become available:
CCH- CCH ProSystem fx Tax (current year and prior year only)
- Microsoft Office 2010 - service packs and hotfixes only
- Microsoft Office 2003 - service packs and hotfixes only
To request an upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Office, an Application Installation Request must be submitted.

- UltraTax CS (current year and prior year only)
- FileCabinet CS
- Fixed Assets CS
- Creative Solutions Accounting CS
- Planner CS
Application updates by request
An update request must be completed for all other applications not listed above. Send requests to updates@xcentric.com.
*Please note that we will not perform application upgrades (i.e. Engagement version X to version Y), as this could introduce changes in usability of the program that the firm will want to be trained on prior to upgrade.
To have a NEW application installed or tested for compatability with Xcentric Cloud, please submit a New Application Installation Request.
