What steps do I take if I lose my iPad or Tablet

Here are the steps that should be taken in the event that an iPad or tablet device is lost:

1) If this device has been setup to synchronize mail with Xcentric Cloud, contact the Xcentric Support team immediately and report it lost and they will send a 'wipe' command that will remotely erase all data and settings.

2) If the tablet device has cellular service, contact the cellular carrier to report that the device has been lost/stolen.  Often times they will mark the ESN (which is a unique identifier) as "stolen" which will prohibit future service activation on that device.
