Copy and paste between the Cloud network and my computer isn't working
Occasionally, an application on your local computer will interact with the clipboard in a way that prevents your Xcentric Cloud session from accessing the contents of the clipboard. A repair utility from Citrix will correct the problem without logging out your session.
Repairing Cloud network clipboard access
- Download the Repair Clipboard Chain utility from the Citrix support website. http://support.citrix.com/servlet/KbServlet/download/6978-102-640962/RepairCBDChain32.zip
- Unzip the RepairCBDChain32.zip and put the exe file on the desktop of your local computer.
- While logged in to the Xcentric Cloud network, right-click on the RepairCBDChain.exe on your desktop and choose Run as administrator.
- Click OK when the repair has been completed. You should now be able to copy and paste between the Cloud network and your local computer.
Note: if you receive a message Cannot find "WFClip" or "WFShell" window, you do not have an active Xcentric Cloud session on your local computer. Run the utility again, once you have logged in to the Cloud.
