When are the Xcentric Cloud scheduled maintenance windows?
Xcentric Cloud Network system-wide maintenance is performed on a regular schedule.
- Sundays 2am-9am EST (Business Applications, System Maintenance)
- Wednesdays 2am-5am EST (System Maintenance)
- Fridays 2am-5am EST (System Maintenance)
During the maintenance windows:
- No users will be allowed to be logged in during any of the maintenance windows.
- Updates requested outside of their respective maintenance window will only be applied if deemed critical.
- Xcentric has the right to depart from this policy if a system change is needed to ensure the overall security, reliability or availability of the Xcentric Cloud Network.
- Xcentric’s Cloud Service Team diligently follows vendor recommended procedures when installing software or applying updates. In most cases, the success of these updates is dependent on how well the vendor created the software. Xcentric is committed to resolving issues that arise during the update process, but will not be held liable for technology it has not created.
