How Can I Reset My Postini Password

Use the following steps to reset your Postini password if you don't know what it is or have forgotten it.

  1. Go to login.positini.com in your web browser.
  2. Type your email address in the Log in Address field.
  3. Type something in the Password field.  It doesn't matter what you type for the password--the purpose it to get Postini to show the option to reset your password.

  4. If the password is incorrect, an error page will be displayed.

  5. Click on the Forgot your password? link.

  6. Cilck Submit and the system will e-mail you a new temporary password.  Logon with that password and you will be prompted to change the password to a new one of your choice.
